PTAL won a design competition amongst One Housing Group’s Framework Architects to redevelop their existing Estate of 84 maisonettes on a prominent site on the edge of the town centre facing Kidwells Park. Led by Katherine Mann, Design & Planning Director, PTAL then obtained planning consent for the replacement of the 84 dwellings plus an additional 120 new apartments for private sale on the site.
