Humanities Building, Brighton College

Client: Maple Springfield

Brighton College is one of Britain’s leading Independent Schools. As part their £55 million programme of expansion we were instructed by McLaren Construction to act as Lead Consultant in the delivery of Construction Information for a new Hopkins Architects designed Humanities Building. The building will provide state-of the-art classrooms for Mathematics, History, Politics, Economics and Business Studies, plus a new ‘Experimental Classroom’ which provides the College with a new flexible multi-purpose teaching space.
Our appointment to deliver a prestigious project of this nature is representative of the esteem with which our experience is held not only for educational design but also for high quality project delivery.
As Lead Consultant we are coordinating a large and experienced design team, collaborating with the Design Team from Hopkins and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to budget. The project is being fully delivered using BIM enabled software, allowing for a rapid and efficient design process.
